The BMW R1200GS is a well known, top selling, 125 hp adventure bike that will stay popular for years to come. In fact, some articles will explain that this is BMW's sixth straight year of record breaking sales. So, did they use their recording breaking cash flow to update the next R1200GS? They may not have dumped out their entire piggy bank but they did make some much needed changes.
The most exciting changes are the new 6.5" TFT display that will shine in any light and it will feature complete phone connectivity to include limited navigation and emergency calling. The functions of the display are fully controlled by easily accessible buttons near the hand grips and thankfully gets rid of the archaic speedo and tac that we all know far too well. More info HERE
